Justin Justification Paso Robles is a refined blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, drawing inspiration from Bordeaux’s Right Bank. It presents intricate aromas of herbs and red fruits, supported by an elegant structure and rich, ripe flavors. Visually, it displays a deep ruby hue with pronounced, lasting legs. The bouquet reveals red currant, black cherry, and plum layered with floral, earthy notes, and subtle nuances of cigar box, pastry crust, and oak-driven vanilla. On the palate, it’s full-bodied with vibrant blackberry, black currant, and strawberry jam, complemented by fine tannins and a lengthy finish accented by dried herbs, star anise, and warm leather. Crafted with 21 months aging in French oak barrels (half new), this 15% ABV wine pairs excellently with herb-crusted pork loin, pan-seared duck breast, or gourmet burgers.
