Processing & shipping

Processing happens before your package is handed to the carrier. Shipping begins once the carrier has your package and scans it into their network.

How long does processing take?
Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing may take longer during peak periods, inventory checks, or weather/carrier disruptions.
When will tracking update?
After label creation, tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement. Some carriers won’t show updates until the first facility scan.
Can you change my shipping address?
If you made an error, email support as soon as possible. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.

Alcohol deliveries require age verification. Carriers cannot leave alcohol packages unattended.

Do you require an adult signature?
Yes. Alcohol shipments require a 21+ adult signature and a valid government-issued photo ID at delivery. Packages cannot be left unattended.
Can alcohol be left at my door?
No. Carriers are not permitted to leave alcohol shipments unattended or release without age verification.
What happens if delivery attempts fail?
If the carrier can’t complete delivery (for example, no 21+ recipient available), the shipment may be returned to sender. Returned shipments may be subject to fees. See Refunds & Returns.
Returns

Returns, refunds & cancellations

Do you accept returns?
Due to alcohol regulations, sales are generally final unless otherwise required by law. Returned shipments (for example, failed delivery attempts) may be eligible for a refund subject to fees and non-refundable shipping. See Refunds & Returns for details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed and processing begins, it may not be possible to cancel or modify. Contact support as soon as possible and we’ll review what we can do.
What if an item is out of stock or restricted?
If an item becomes unavailable or cannot ship to your location, we may remove it from the order, substitute where permitted, or cancel the order. We’ll contact you if action is needed.
