Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable state and carrier regulations, all alcohol sales are generally final except where required by law. Please review the information below regarding damaged shipments, returned packages, and refund processing.

Alcohol order fulfillment and related customer service are provided by a licensed California ABC retailer, Vista Wine & Spirits (10223 Prospect Ave, Suite A, Santee, CA 92071). Where applicable, the licensed retailer is the seller of record.

Once an order is placed and processing has begun, it may not be possible to cancel or modify the order. Refunds or replacements may be issued only where required by law or where the licensed retailer determines a resolution is appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Reporting an issue

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items
  • Photos of the outer shipping box and internal packaging

Refund, replacement, or credit determinations are made by the licensed retailer in accordance with applicable law and retailer policies.

Delivery Requirements

  • An adult signature is required; packages cannot be left unattended
Returned Packages

Refund eligibility

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, no eligible adult present, incorrect or incomplete address information, or refusal to sign, the following policies apply:

  • Up to a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from any eligible refund
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Carrier return or handling fees may be deducted
  • Refunds, if approved, typically process within 10–15 business days after return and inspection
Carrier Responsibility

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

Once a shipment is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier. Carrier delays, weather disruptions, or packages marked as delivered may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are generally considered fulfilled unless carrier investigation determines otherwise. We may assist with carrier research or claims when possible; however, outcomes and reimbursement are not guaranteed.
