Damaged or Incorrect Items

Reporting an issue

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery Requirements

Returned Packages

  • Additional carrier return fees may be deducted

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

Once the carrier accepts the shipment, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier. Carrier delays, weather disruptions, and packages marked as delivered may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
