Crafted from Tequilana Weber Azul agave grown at 6,922 feet in Altos de Jalisco, this artesanal spirit showcases pronounced agave character on the nose. The palate reveals bright citrus notes with hints of grapefruit and lime zest, balanced by crisp agave complexity. Produced by Maestro Roberto Lopez using traditional tahona and copper distillation methods, each bottle represents six years of expertise and the enduring spirit symbolized by the hummingbird—a sacred emblem of resurrection in Mexican culture.

The Lopez family has been growing agave in Jalisco for 4 generations. El Sabino has 1.000 acres of land with 1.5 million agaves planted. They focused on perfecting cultivation and distillation techniques that shine through every bottle.
