Woodinville Straight Bourbon is combined with real maple syrup and orange bitters, then finished in a barrel that previously aged the bourbon, which is where the extra depth comes from. Bourbon-forward and balanced at 80 proof, with 12 cocktails in the 750 ml bottle. Pour over a large cube and it's done. An orange peel is optional.

Woodinville Whiskey Co. is a craft distillery in Woodinville, Washington, co-founded by head distiller Brett Carlile. Its bourbon and rye are made from corn and rye grown on the Omlin Family Farm in Quincy, Washington, and aged in the high desert of Central Washington.
