Winemaker Notes: Named for the wild mustangs that roamed the nearby hills, Wild Horse Winery and Vineyards has been crafting wines for over 30 years. For their Cabernet Sauvignon, they turned to prized coastal vineyards throughout the Central Coast. This Cabernet Sauvignon seamlessly blends rich Aromas and Flavors of blackberry, vanilla and cherry with hints of cocoa and clove. We love to pair this wine with grilled sirloin, pizza or truffle fries.
