From the steep Kaseler Nies'chen vineyard on the Mosel's Ruwer tributary, this 2018 Riesling Kabinett balances delicate sweetness with racy acidity at just 8.5% ABV. Green apple, white peach and wet-slate minerality make it a superb aperitif or pairing for spicy dishes.
