Tequila Tres Generaciones is produced at the same distillery where Don Cenobio began everything in 1873 - Destileria La Perseverancia. Agave is hand-selected by a Master Distiller only when perfectly ripe, after 6-8 years. Fresh pressed agave, extracting the juice before it is cooked, resulting in reduced bitterness and a crisp, agave-forward flavor bespoke to Tequila Tres Generaciones.
