Product Details

A remarkable expression of patience and craftsmanship, this 1970 Glenrothes Single Malt represents over five decades of undisturbed maturation in its original cask. Filled on December 6th, 1970, each of the three casks developed its own distinct character, yielding just 286 bottles of this exceptionally rare whisky. With ABVs ranging from 44.1% to 45.3%, these cask-strength releases showcase the natural variation that defines true single cask bottlings—a testament to Glenrothes' commitment to authenticity and the transformative power of time.
