The Distillarium Triplexium Triple Cask Bourbon

A rare triple cask bourbon from The Distillarium in Yakima, Washington. Triplexium undergoes an extended three-stage maturation through American, French, and Hungarian oak barrels, building layered depth and complexity unlike traditional single-barrel bourbons. At 104 proof (52% ABV), this small batch spirit delivers toasted oak, vanilla, and caramel on the nose, with rich caramel and dark honey leading into layered spice and European oak tannins on the palate. The finish is long, warm, and structured with lingering oak sweetness and refined spice. Non-chill filtered and bottled in Yakima, Washington. 2025 Sip Magazine Judges' Pick winner.

When we established Distillarium, we did not set out to recreate the wheel of distilled spirits, but to mirror the practices of master distillers from bygone eras. We knew this would take more than sourcing the finest raw materials and the most exquisite oak casks. The Distillarium would have to be founded on the principles of patience.
