Once harvested, the Teremana pinas - or hearts of the agave - are slow roasted in small, 24-ton traditional brick ovens for approximately three days at a lower temperature than most. Then Teremana is distilled in copper pot stills which are handmade at the distillery which creates a smooth and balanced tequila. Tequila Blanco is unaged for a bright, clean taste. This silver tequila features notes of bright citrus with a fresh finish.
