Tequila Ocho La Cañada 2022 Extra Añejo is a single-estate tequila that captures the character of the La Cañada ranch, located just northeast of La Alteña Distillery. Named for the seasonal creek that runs along its eastern border, this high-elevation field features rich red soil scattered with small flat stones and surrounded by cedar ash and oak trees — a unique terroir that shapes the agave grown there.

Aged for an extended period in oak barrels, this Extra Añejo offers deep, complex notes of cooked agave, vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, and warm spice, while still retaining the bright agave character that defines Tequila Ocho.
