Color: Honey, Montmorency cherries, blackcurrant and fig, with a nutty brine and walnut characteristics | Aroma: In the nose its bouquet is extremely rich with predominantly sweet notes of dried fruits such as raisins, figs and dates, accompanied by the aromas of honey, grape syrup, jam and candied fruit, at the same time reminiscent of toasted coffee, dark chocolate, cocoa and liquorice. | Flavor: A blend of PX and Olorosso casks, the flavors are remincient of chocolate, coffee and raisins from the PX barrels mixed with caramel, nutty, and fruity flavors from the Olorosso barrels. | Finish: Buttery caramel, whipped creme, brown sugar and smoked cayenne

Stranahan's Sherry Cask are finished using barrels that are procured from the Andalusia region of southern Spain and have a depth of flavor soaked into the ancient oak staves.
