Aged in oak and fermented slowly at low temperatures, this 11% ABV rosé sparkler is crisp and dry—not sweet—with a refined structure and bright acidity. Hints of wild strawberry and delicate florals lift the palate, while soft bubbles add elegance. Slightly drier than the white V.S., it offers a more nuanced, sophisticated experience.
