Smooth Ambler Old Scout Rye Single Barrel Port Cask Finish is made using a 95% rye, 5% malted barley mashbill. Each batch is carefully matured in new American oak barrels and finished in specially selected Tawny Port Casks, giving the liquid a spicy sweetness with notes of cinnamon and caramel.
