This collaboration between two Iowa institutions combines 51% corn, 35% malted rye, and 14% malted barley for a complex flavor profile. The nose opens with floral notes of honeysuckle and lily, followed by corn and caramel on the palate. Expect cornbread, jalapeño, apple butter, and hints of charred marshmallow, finishing with subtle chocolate notes. A versatile everyday whiskey that delivers quality and character in every pour.
