Made from 100% premium Indica long grain rice, it undergoes a unique fermentation process using indigenous Okinawan black koji and yeast. Distillation takes place in a single stainless steel pot still, and it is matured in ex-Fino and Manzanilla Sherry Oak casks for at least 18 years.
