The esteemed distillery, Masahiro Distillery, founded in 1883 in Okinawa, Japan, crafts their single grain whisky using 100% premium Indica long grain rice. Their unique fermentation process combines the use of indigenous Okinawan Black Koji and yeast, followed by a double distillation in stainless steel pot stills. The resulting spirit is then aged for at least 15 years in ex-Fino and Manzanilla Sherry oak casks, resulting in a 43% ABV. This exceptional whisky pairs perfectly with chocolate covered macadamia nuts and caramel whipped cream. Your tastebuds will thank you.
