Shakmat 23 Year Old Armenian Brandy is a premium spirit born from Armenia's rich heritage of winemaking and chess mastery. Crafted from indigenous grape varieties—Kangun, Kakhet, Garan Dmak, and Rkatsiteli—and aged 23 years in Caucasian oak barrels, this brandy delivers a complex flavor profile of dried fruits, walnuts, cloves, tobacco, molasses, vanilla, and subtle black pepper.
Every bottle represents a strategic blend honoring authentic Armenian tradition. With only 3,500 bottles produced at 40% ABV, Shakmat reclaims Armenian brandy's rightful place on the world spirits stage—a hidden gem of flavor and persistence.
A portion of proceeds supports the Armenia Tree Project, helping reforest the country one bottle at a time.
