Product Details
Composed of hand-harvested grapes from the single Schloss Johannisberg vineyard, this exceptional Riesling seduces with soft notes of white peach, stone fruit, citrus and passion fruit. A singular Riesling with exceptional intensity, elegance and finesse. Slightly reserved on attack with delicate fruitiness, gentle peach stone, citrus, passion fruit, herbs and physalis. The grapes are carefully destemmed and softly crushed. After fermentation, the wine settles on the lees for six months. This light and elegant wine is outstanding with duck, goose and turkey, as well as rich seafood such as lobster and monkfish. It can also be paired well with fruity desserts, such as tarts or fresh fruit.
