Nose: Pot Still spices with rich cooked fruit, baked apple, mango and black cherry. Hazelnut and a touch of new leather fuse with toasted American Oak. Taste: A mix of ripe fruit sweetness from the Marsala seasoned wine casks. While the fruit remains, sweet red pepper and cracked black pepper add some spiciness, finished by notes of American Oak and barley.

Red Spot is a triple-distilled, single pot still Irish whiskey that has been matured for a minimum of 15 years in a combination of casks pre-seasoned with bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Marsala fortified wine.
About Spot Whiskey
Behind Spot Whiskey is a colorful story. Under the hustle and bustle of cobbled Dublin streets in the 1800s, a fabled whiskey was making a name for itself. The simple act of marking barrels with spots of colored paint would not only mark their age potential, but would become the namesake for this coveted whiskey, bonded and bottled by the Mitchells, a seventh generation family business. Doing things differently was something the Mitchells passed on to the Spots. This elusive Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is complex in taste and colorful in its history.
