Reserva de la Familia® Organic Reposado earns its rich and sophisticated qualities through a unique barrel aging process that employs three different types of wood and barrel toasting styles.
Prior to aging, this reposado follows Reserva de la Familia®’s natural fermentation and distillation processes. The result is a sophisticated sipping tequila faithful to the authentic traditional style the Cuervo family has celebrated since 1795.

In 1995, to celebrate their 200-year anniversary, the family decided to share this special blend with people who truly savor an exceptional tequila. Made with only select 8-10 year hand-selected organic agave from the estate’s richest volcanic soil with only the most flavorful inner portion of the agave’s heart used to make these delicious tequilas. Our Reposado is rested in three unique barrels – heavily charred American oak providing exotic notes of cinnamon, lightly toasted American oak and French oak adding delicate, sweet hints of caramel and vanilla – to enhance the tequila’s floral, herbal and wood notes.
