Hirsch The Horizon is a high rye straight bourbon crafted in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, delivering a sophisticated small batch experience. At 46% ABV, this 750ml bottle showcases a carefully balanced mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% barley malt, aged 5 years and 3 months to perfection.
The nose opens with classic bourbon character—sweet cornbread and vanilla notes that invite exploration. On the palate, warm cinnamon and oak create a harmonious balance, while the finish lingers with subtle sweetness that encourages another sip.
