It undergoes fermentation, distillation, and aging for 14 months in new American White Oak barrels that are heavily charred with deep grooves, enhancing its contact with toasted oak flavors. This meticulous aging technique produces a tequila with a rich, deep color and an exceptionally smooth, velvety profile.
