Heaven Hill Heritage Collection Aged 22 Years

Heaven Hill Heritage Collection represents nearly 90 years of American whiskey mastery. The 2026 release is a stunning 22-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon, non-chill filtered and bottled at barrel proof (129.2 proof). Crafted from barrels produced in 2003 and aged to perfection, this expression showcases our traditional bourbon mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley. Each spring, the Heritage Collection releases new editions featuring our oldest and finest stocks—a testament to patience, consistency, and uncompromising quality. This is whiskey for the discerning collector who appreciates depth, character, and the true expression of time-honored craftsmanship. 

Since 1999, the Bernheim Distillery in downtown Louisville has been the cornerstone of Heaven Hill Distillery's operations. It produces upwards of 1,300 barrels a day, using the same traditional methods that were implemented at our first plant: the Old Heaven Hill Springs Distillery in Bardstown that was co-founded by the Shapira brothers in 1935.
