Mashed, fermented, and distilled at Golden Moon Distillery, this spirit undergoes triple distillation in the Irish style before aging in New American Oak casks. Bottled at 92 Proof, it delivers a warm, sweet, and malty nose reminiscent of lighter Irish whiskeys. On the palate, expect smooth character with just a touch of heat, complemented by sweet malty notes, subtle caramel and candy flavors, and a hint of toasted oak on the finish.
