Bottled at a robust 57% ABV (114 proof) in a 750ml bottle, this limited release represents the culmination of decades of craftsmanship and Richard Seale's uncompromising approach to authentic Barbados rum. This exceptional rum is a 19-year-aged single blended rum distilled using both the copper double-retort pot still and the continuous twin-column Coffey still at Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados. The rum spent its entire maturation in ex-bourbon casks, with all aging, blending, and bottling taking place entirely on-site. As with all Exceptional Cask Selections, Epilogue contains no sugar, no coloring, no filtration, and no flavor additives, showcasing pure Barbados rum in its most authentic form.
