This expression presents a brighter, more rustic profile than the standard blanco, with pronounced flavors of butter, olive, earth, black pepper, and vegetal hints. Its uniqueness stems from being bottled straight from the small copper pot still without dilution, preserving its full intensity. Traditionally exclusive to the distillery in Tequila, Jalisco, this 46% abv tequila is crafted using 100% stone-crushed agave cooked in a stone brick oven and double distilled in copper pots, fermented in open-air wooden tanks.
