Tasting Notes
full-flavored and complex – grassy and sweet from the rum barrel; herbaceous, bitter and vegetal notes from the vermouth barrel; and heavy mesquite smoke that evokes winding back roads, long stretches of highway, and pit stops at roadside barbecue joints of West Texas.
Product Details
Motor Oil is a limited-release whiskey celebrating 21 years of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club's iconic debut album. This bold blend combines three distinct whiskeys: FEW Bourbon finished in rum barrels, FEW Bourbon finished in vermouth barrels, and mesquite-smoked wheat whiskey.
The result is a complex, full-flavored spirit with grassy and sweet notes from the rum barrel, herbaceous and vegetal undertones from the vermouth barrel, and rich mesquite smoke that captures the essence of West Texas backroads and roadside barbecue. Bottled at a rock n' roll 101 proof, Motor Oil is a liquid tribute to modern rock history.
