Dom Ruinart, an exceptional prestige cuvee, pays tribute to Dom Thierry Ruinart, an erudite and visionary Benedictine monk, who forsaw the potential of "wine with bubbles" at the end of the 17th century. In 1966, the first Dom Ruinart Rose was created and released in 1973. The Dom Ruinart Ros will slowly mature and age up to 12 years in the Crayres, our thousand-year-old chalk cellars.
