Dom Ruinart, an exceptional prestige cuvee, pays tribute to Dom Thierry Ruinart, an erudite and visionary Benedictine monk, who forsaw the potential of "wine with bubbles" at the end of the 17th century. In 1959, the first cuve of Dom Ruinart, a Blanc de Blancs, was developed as an ode to the great chardonnays, which was released in 1966. . Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a dynamic, sculpted wine that expresses the full purity of chardonnay, an homage to the Ruinart taste. The blend is 100% chardonnay exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards. Chardonnay, the very soul of Ruinart, brings elegance, purity and aromatic freshness to this prestige cuvee. The Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs will slowly mature and age for 10 years in the Crayres.
