Our limited Tobalá is a cult favorite produced by Rogelio Martinez Cruz, and was the first wild varietal mezcal available in the US. This beautiful Mezcal starts out floral with notes of mango, cinnamon, and parmesan rind, with a signature creaminess and long minerality to finish.
