We source high-rye bourbon aged a minimum of 6 years, then finish it with custom-toasted staves from Jupilles—a storied French royal forest renowned for its tight-grain oak. This ancient woodland, stewarded since the 14th century, has supplied the world's finest winemakers for generations. Our custom toast profile harmonizes perfectly with the bourbon's inherent spice, introducing layers of soft, sweet warmth that unfold gracefully on the palate.
