The Dalmore 15 is a refined Highland Single Malt that represents the essence of The Dalmore house style. Aged for 15 years and finished in a variety of specially selected Sherry casks, including Apostoles, Amoroso, and Matusalem Oloroso, it blends rich complexity with smoothness. The result is a whisky with a refined balance of soft vanilla and honey notes, enhanced by aromas of orange marmalade, cinnamon, and nutmeg. On the palate, it offers flavors of mandarin, vanilla, ginger, and crushed apples, with a finish of caramelized orange and rich dark chocolate.
