Many things get better with age, and this rum is no exception. We age our white rum like a bourbon for at least two years in virgin American oak barrels, introducing hints of toffee and caramel that give way to Flavors of vanilla and tobacco. The result is a Gluten Free spirit that lends itself to whiskey cocktails with a rum twist, but we prefer it served neat. And sipped slowly.
