Cazcanes No. 7 Extra Añejo is a refined small-batch tequila aged to exceptional depth and complexity. Made from 100% organic Blue Weber agave and volcanic spring water, it reflects the authentic spirit of Jalisco craftsmanship. Matured for an average of 37 months in re-charred American oak barrels with a French oak stave finish, this tequila reveals a deep amber color and rich layers of roasted agave, vanilla, butterscotch, caramel, and toasted almond. Aromas include orange zest and dark chocolate, while the palate unfolds honeyed apple pie, warm cinnamon, coconut, and toffee, balanced by gentle oak spices. Its long, bold finish lingers with dark chocolate, vanilla, and caramelized toffee notes.
