Cascahuin Proof Pair Bundle

Two unaged Cascahuin tequilas from the same distillery at two very different strengths: the 80-proof Blanco and the Plata 48, bottled at 96 proof without dilution or filtration.

Cascahuin Blanco — 750 ml, 40% ABV (80 proof). Agave cooked in brick ovens from the mineral-rich soils of El Arenal, Jalisco. Bright citrus, fresh herbs and sweet cooked agave with a whisper of bitterness and a crisp finish.

Cascahuin Plata 48 — 750 ml, 48% ABV (96 proof). Bottled without dilution or filtration in small batches of no more than 2,500 liters. Mint, fresh herbs and citrus up front, then honey, cooked agave and ripe fruit with a long, sweet finish.

Two 750 ml bottles. Taste the Blanco first, then see what the extra proof brings.

Label note: the photos show the Mexican-market label for the Blanco, which reads 38% ABV. The Blanco we sell is the U.S. import, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
