Cascahuin Full Lineup Bundle

The whole Cascahuin core range in one box: three unaged tequilas made three different ways, plus the barrel-aged Reposado and Añejo. Cascahuin has been made by the Rosales family in El Arenal, Jalisco since around 1955, and this is the easiest way to taste everything they do side by side.

Cascahuin Blanco — 750 ml, 40% ABV (80 proof). Agave cooked in brick ovens from the mineral-rich soils of El Arenal, Jalisco. Bright citrus, fresh herbs and sweet cooked agave with a whisper of bitterness and a crisp finish.

Cascahuin Tahona Blanco — 750 ml, 42% ABV (84 proof). Juice pressed with a traditional stone tahona mill. Sweet and herbal on the nose with earthy Valles-zone depth, then cooked agave, tropical fruit and a long, textured finish.

Cascahuin Plata 48 — 750 ml, 48% ABV (96 proof). Bottled without dilution or filtration in small batches of no more than 2,500 liters. Mint, fresh herbs and citrus up front, then honey, cooked agave and ripe fruit with a long, sweet finish.

Cascahuin Reposado — 750 ml, 42% ABV (84 proof). Rested 6 to 8 months in American oak barrels with over 20 years of tequila aging behind them. Vanilla, toasted oak and dried fruit, then caramel, sweet cooked agave and baking spice.

Cascahuin Añejo — 750 ml, 44% ABV (88 proof). Aged 14 to 16 months in American oak. Dark chocolate, dried fruit and toasted wood open into butterscotch, cinnamon and mature agave, with a dry, warming finish.

Five 750 ml bottles. Pour the blancos first, then work up through the oak.

Label note: the photos show the Mexican-market labels for the Blanco, Reposado and Añejo, which read 38% ABV. The bottles we sell are the U.S. import: Cascahuin Blanco 40% ABV (80 proof), Cascahuin Reposado 42% ABV (84 proof), Cascahuin Añejo 44% ABV (88 proof).
