Product Details
Cascahuin Blanco is cooked in brick ovens and bottled unaged at 40% ABV, a clean expression of the mineral-rich soils of El Arenal, Jalisco. 750 ml.
Bright citrus and fresh herbal notes lead, followed by sweet cooked agave, a whisper of bitterness and a crisp, refreshing finish. Made by the Rosales family at their distillery in El Arenal (NOM 1123).
Label note: the photo shows the Mexican-market label, which reads 38% ABV. The bottle we sell is the U.S. import, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
