Color: Golden Honey. | Aroma: An intense, explosive bouquet, where freshly roasted cashews and hazelnuts combine with juicy figs, dates, and dried apricots | Flavor: Freshly baked sourdough bread mixed with stewed grapefruit, aged balsamic, and orange marmalade, demonstrating soft texture and excellent length | Finish: Subtle cedar note, fresh vanilla bean, and bitter cocoa, the oak is well integrated and balanced, keeping the finish long and complex.

Product Details

The second release of Bushmills Rare Cask program, Bushmills 29 Year Old Single Malt carries forward the long legacy of Bushmills “pure malt” whiskeys. Unpeated and triple-distilled, Bushmills is a taste of the Original Single Malt. A 3-wood whiskey, aged in bourbon, sherry and PX sherry casks, The Rare Cask 02 was triple-distilled in 1992, matured in “first fill” Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon barrels for 12 years, before marrying and finishing its final 17 years of aging in PX sherry casks for a sweet and rich whiskey profile.
