Octomore Edition 15.3

Octomore Edition 15.3 represents an extraordinary achievement in peated whisky craftsmanship. At 307.2 PPM, this is the distillery's second most heavily peated release, crafted exclusively from 100% Islay barley grown on Octomore farm—just two miles from the distillery itself. Matured in bourbon casks and Spanish Oloroso hogsheads, the spirit delivers formidable smoke balanced by ripe fruit notes developed through patient distillation. The result is a complex, robust expression where intense peat character mingles with malty sweetness and subtle maritime salinity, creating a whisky of remarkable depth and authentic sense of place.
