The clean spirit is distilled from British wheat, then redistilled allowing botanicals to slowly infuse into the spirit. It brings a mellow yet herbal quality to the palate, balancing out the essential piney notes from the juniper. It has a great warming quality—perfect for 50/50 martinis or in a gimlet. (45.2% ABV - 90.4 proof). Boodles® is a versatile cocktail staple.
