Blanton's Gold Takara

Blanton's Gold Takara is the Gold Edition single barrel bourbon as bottled for the Japanese market through Takara, Blanton's longtime Japanese partner. Bottled at 103 proof (51.5% ABV), it sits above the Original Single Barrel in richness and intensity, drawn one barrel at a time from Warehouse H at Buffalo Trace Distillery. The gold horse-and-jockey stopper and gold-boxed presentation mark it apart from the domestic lineup, and Japanese-market Blanton's releases like this one are prized by collectors stateside.

Blantons represents the heritage of American bourbon, aging its whiskey in charred oak barrels for a rich, full-bodied taste.
