Beau Joie Brut Nature is aged on lees for a minimum of 6 years. After the wine is disgorged, we add no further sugar through dosage, allowing the wine to maintain its freshness, lively acidity, and natural aromas. After 4-6 weeks rest, the wine is released for your enjoyment.

Beau Joie was founded to deliver the finest quality Champagne available, to represent Disruption, Revelry and the Fearless Pursuit of Pleasure. Our goal is to produce Champagne that is vibrant and elegant with a focus on natural aromas, achieved by allowing the grapes to express their own aromas and flavors through longer aging with low or no added dosage. Beau Joie is produced by the Ellner family, who believes that time is the key ingredient, that only time will permit a Champagne to reveal its true origins. Given the grapes are picked at the right stage of ripeness and maturity, there is no need to “polish” and there is nothing to hide.
