Their signature blend—finished in California Cabernet, Port, and Rum casks—undergoes 33 months of secondary maturation in toasted American oak. This extended aging draws out layers of caramelized sugar, warm spice, and rich oak complexity.
Expect vanilla bean, honeycomb, and dark cherry balanced with roasted marshmallow, toffee, and baking spice. Hints of coconut, leather, and sweet tobacco emerge with each sip, culminating in a luxurious finish where oak and spice frame jammy fruit. At 123.8 proof, this is a more decadent, opulent evolution of Dovetail—complex and exquisitely polished.
