Launched in 2019, this blend honors the Scottish tradition of vatted malt—a category that once defined blended single malts before the terminology evolved.
Crafted from carefully selected components sourced from Balcones Distillery in Texas, Hamilton Distillers Del Bac in Arizona, MGP in Indiana, Harvest Distillery in New York, Santa Fe Distillery in New Mexico, and Kings County Distillery in Brooklyn, this vatting showcases American terroir at its finest.
The blend masterfully balances contrasting flavor profiles: the distinctive tang of Southwestern mesquite smoke meets the sweet, creamy maltiness of barley, while briny coastal peat interplays with warm vanilla notes from toasted oak.
