This finishing process softens the grain whiskey and develops a rounded, approachable flavor profile ideal for sipping neat or in cocktails. The whiskey maintains a naturally light appearance with subtle reddish undertones from the port influence, with no artificial coloring or caramel added. Each bottle is hand-bottled at the distillery, reflecting our commitment to quality craftsmanship.
