About Astral
Astral Tequila is made with 100% blue agave, nurtured by the sun and the stars. Astral is crafted in Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico and produced with respect for time-honored traditions. Our unique recipe includes the use of a tahona (an ancient milling process), and agave fibers (bagazo) during fermentation; this time-intensive process uses more of the agave plant resulting in a bright, agave-forward tequila.
