To achieve the fruit expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, the Terrazas technical team takes an active role in all the viticultural and harvest decisions, picking the grapes at their peak of fresh varietal expression and applying its careful winemaking techniques to Altos del Plata: gentle, slow extraction and precise vinification in steel tanks to reveal the purest and liveliest fruity and subtle spicy character of the Cabernet Sauvignon.
