123 Organic Reposado (Dos)

Crafted from hand-harvested organic agaves and aged six months in white oak, 123 Tequila Organic Reposado (Dos) achieves remarkable sophistication through restrained barrel influence. The light golden spirit opens with agave character before revealing layers of salted caramel, crème brûlée, and toffee, with a delicate finish of mint and anise. Slow-roasted in traditional stone ovens and distilled in small batches, this reposado balances youthful vibrancy with subtle maturation—complex enough for contemplative sipping, yet versatile enough for premium cocktails. Named for the twin jaguars symbolizing stealth and depth, Dos represents the refined heart of the 123 Organic collection, where traditional craftsmanship meets nuanced flavor development.
